Paul and Bogdan visited MigWay Inc, a trucking company based in Charlotte, NC, with over 300 trucks. They met with the Founder & CEO David Voronin and got an inside look at the company's operations. David showed them various parts of the office including a brand wall for awards and pictures and the administrative side where billing and safety are handled. In addition, they explored the shop where truck alignments, engine builds, and quick jobs are conducted. David also explained the referral system for drivers, revealing the high value the company places on retaining good drivers.
